How to Apply to Present

Early application deadline is June 20, 2008.  Final application deadline is July 30, 2008.  Preference is given to those companies who apply by the June 20 deadline.

  1. Click here for the 14-minute company presentation application. Click here for the 8-minute “Next Generation” presentation application.
  2. Complete the form. An e-mail will be sent to you automatically to verify receipt of this portion of your application.
  3. Within 24 hours, you will receive a second e-mail with a login, passcode, instructions and link to enter your company profile within the MedTech Partnering database. Your presentation application is not complete until you enter the data requested in this section.
  4. Log on via the link provided in the email and enter your user name and passcode. Or click here.
  5. The presentation application is only complete once your company profile is entered within the partnering system. While you can edit your profile at any time, AdvaMed 2008 will utilize the information entered into the “Corporate Description” and “Summary Products/Services/Technologies” fields.
  6. Your profile should be entered into the system by the presentation application deadline, June 20.

Presentation Fee
If selected, the fee to present is $1,000 for a 14-minute presentation and $600 for an 8-minute “Next Generation” presentation. The presentation fee will be charged after the selection and confirmation process. There is no fee to apply for a presentation.

Individual presenters must also register for AdvaMed 2008 at the prevailing registration rate. Click here to view the registration fee structure. A special registration discount is provided for Emerging Growth Companies. Register now and take advantage of reduced fees for early registration.
