Gain visibility. Build awareness. Showcase innovation. Make the most of AdvaMed 2008 by obtaining one of the limited exhibit spaces. Exhibiting offers the opportunity to network with hundreds of business executives from around the world.
The Exhibit Hall will be open from Monday, September 22 – Wednesday, September 24, 2008 and will be located directly adjacent to panel sessions, partnering suites, and company presentation rooms. A reception open to all conference registrants will be held on Monday, September 22.
The Exhibit Hall layout enables us to feature a new Innovation Alley for companies displaying medical technologies and products. To increase traffic and flow, conference meeting tables, computer terminals and display tables for media and MedTech associations will also be included within the Exhibit Hall.
How to Become an Exhibitor
Download the below application and remit with a 50% deposit. We will contact you regarding your space assignment. Booth space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. AdvaMed 2008 sponsors and AdvaMed 2007 Exhibitors will be given priority for prime exhibit space locations. Please contact us at exhibit@advamed2008.com with any questions.
