WELCOMING RECEPTION SPONSOR:  2 Sponsors @ $15,000 (1 SOLD)

On Sunday, September 21, 2008, all registrants and special guests are invited to the AdvaMed 2008 Welcoming Reception celebrating medical technology innovation.  Sponsors will be recognized on-site with tasteful signage, and may greet guests upon arrival and distribute a give-away item.

Additional sponsor benefits include:

  • One (1) invitation to the AdvaMed Board of Directors Dinner

PLENARY LUNCHEON SPONSOR: $25,000-$50,000 (Call to discuss)

Exclusive plenary keynote luncheon sponsorships are available on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of the conference.  All conference registrants are invited to these daily plenary lunches (expected audience 500-750). 

AdvaMed 2007 keynote luncheon speakers included the 41st President of the United States, George H.W. Bush, CMS Acting-Administrator Kerry Weems, U.S. Senator Norm Coleman, and the Hall of Fame and NCAA championship UConn men’s basketball coach, Jim Calhoun.

PLENARY BREAKFAST SPONSOR: $15,000 (Call to discuss)

AdvaMed 2008 features daily public policy and/or issue breakfast featuring well-known industry and/or policy leaders. Discussions will focus on relevant public policy issues affecting medical technology innovation. We will take advantage of the conference’s Washington venue to secure prominent and relevant speakers for each breakfast. All full-conference attendees may attend (expected crowd 150-200).

POCKET GUIDE SPONSOR: $10,000 (exclusive)

The 1,500 expected attendees to AdvaMed 2008 will receive a compact and concise Pocket Guide that includes updated information on plenary and panel sessions, company presentations, Exhibit Hall, receptions, floor plan, and other critical information.  This often referred-to guide will include space for sponsor logo and message.

  • Two (2) full conference registrations
  • Name/logo printed on Pocket Guide
  • Ability to obtain a 10 x 10’ exhibit space for a $1,000 discount
